Hello, my name is Ana, I came across Yoga when I was 20 as I was told by my dermatologist that I could no longer swim (in swimming pools) after having developed a  serious skin condition. I wasn’t into intense sports, Hatha Yoga fit me well. I liked the meditative aspect, the pranayamas and the breath-body connection. That’s when my healing path began. 

I became free from chronic asthma, allergies & my skin condition vanished within a year. After Yoga, I discovered Reiki and also became a Clinical Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist. 

I practiced Yoga on and off for years until eventually, I decided to do the Teacher Training. I completed the 500H YTT and continue attending courses and workshops. I am amazed by the mind-body-spirit connection and the effect of patterns and behaviours in the body.

I turned vegetarian at 18 and last year finally vegan. A small but big change that truly brought incredible benefits to my health in such a short period of time. I took advantage of the covid lockdown to study vegan nutrition and I not only feel lighter and in great health but I managed to visibly reduce the lymphedema on my legs which have been part of me since I was about 14 apparently as a result of long term cortisone treatment for asthma.
